Hello, I have read this article: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/identity/enterprise-apps/v2-howto-app-gallery-listing#provide-app-documentation-for-your-site

is about submitting a request to publish your application in the Microsoft Entra application gallery.

and I have a question in step 2, "Provide app documentation."

  1. What file extension that it need, e.g. docx?
  2. Does it have a specified format? Is there an example of this?

  1. I have to make an integration between Azure AD and my application first, and after I have already tested, I have to submit the documentation to Azure in step 3, "Submit your application," right??
  2. In step 3, can I contact the Microsoft Entra SSO Integration Team and provide the email account that I want to use for submitting the documentation before I finish the documentation. (I'm just worried it might take a long time to respond to me.)

    Hi @Kanravee Warinsirikul ,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    1. What file extension that it need, e.g. docx?
    2. Does it have a specified format? Is there an example of this?

You can draft your application in the same format as mentioned here. You can add all related information in similar way to helps your users adopt your application and it reduces support costs. You can add that documentation along with your application in your GitHub repository and shared the link while submitting the application request.

    1. I have to make an integration between Azure AD and my application first, and after I have already tested, I have to submit the documentation to Azure in step 3, "Submit your application," right?? Yes, you need to submit the application after successfully tested all the scenarios.
    2. In step 3, can I contact the Microsoft Entra SSO Integration Team and provide the email account that I want to use for submitting the documentation before I finish the documentation. (I'm just worried it might take a long time to respond to me.) No, it won't require, if you are facing any issue while submitting the request, then only you need to contact the Microsoft Entra SSO Integration Team.

    Hope this will help.

    Thanks,

    Shweta
