I can't receive email in my Outlook Live box

Hi everyone, i can't receive any email in my hotmail.com box.

When somenone send me mail they got this error :

Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:

The recipient's email system isn't accepting messages now. Please try resending your message later or contact the recipient directly.

Remote server returned '532 5.3.2 STOREDRV.Deliver; Missing or bad mailbox Database property'

I've tried to empty my trashbox, i've got enought space 4gb/100gb.

I could send email without any problems.

I've tried to reach microsoft on phone but it's impossible to get someone human.

Can someone help me because i use this email adress for my business.

exactement le même problème ! je précise que ça ne vient pas que de mon pc puisque sur le téléphone ça ne marche pas non plus ( 2 logiciels de mail différents sur le pc et encore un autre sur le téléphone ) c'est également une adresse mail professionnel pour mon entreprise

I have the same issue with my email hotmail.com.

If I send an email , people doesn't receive it.

Hier mit meiner Outlook.com Adresse das gleiche Problem! Ich kann Mails weder senden noch empfangen. Wenn ich eine Mail schreibe, erscheint sie zwar im Ordner "Gesendete Elemente" jedoch erreicht sie ihren Empfänger nicht. Auch eingehende Mails kommen nicht durch.

I've managed to resolve it, not sure how but I reset password, opened outlook app on phone, settings, account, reset account... Seems to have worked

Same issue here, ish. I don't receive emails, and when i send one, it shows up as sent in my sent folder, but it is not received.

We are having the same problems over here, with outlook.com Email. Cannot receive e-mails, and people sending mails to us sometimes get the error posted above. We have no idea where to start to solve this.

Same for me, what a shame, I can’t understand how that be possible, we don’t talk about a little mail provider, we talk about one of the big tech company in the world.

But it seems there’s no support from Microsoft in this place, and that’s not great.

I've just sent a test one off my work emails and it did come through, I assume emails that had been previously sent, wont now come through automatically

Hi Guys,

just got an answer from hotmail customer care: "We actually have an ongoing issue wherein our customers cannot send or receive emails and our engineers are already working on it to fix this as soon as possible."

After I talked to them now my mailbox is working. Reachingh them via chat it's easy.

Still nothing this morning, and my customer still call me saying they cant send me email.

Guys from MICROSOFT, we are in 2024 how this could be possible?

I can send e-mails but not receive. Everyone sending me e-mails get the error message:

It seems that this is a problem on Microsoft’s email-server’s end.

I have the same issue, where I cannot receive emails, however it is possible to send them.

Remote server returned '532 5.3.2 STOREDRV.Deliver; Missing or bad mailbox Database property'

It seems that this is something Microsoft has to fix, and nothing we can do by our own.

Personally I find it a big mistake that this change has come through QA and testing, as it seems this is an issue on a big scale, where people rely on their mail addresses for official communication.

its unbelievable in 2024 i cant get my customers email from a webmail provided by microsoft till more than 24hours, and we can reach nobody from microsoft to help us.

how this could be possible, can someone give us a hint to reach microsoft and to escalate this problem ?

They froze accounts due to suspicious activity, reset passwords go into settings account reset account and it shud work (on the mobile app)
