Access to MS Learn Sandbox revoked?

Hi Team,

Access to MS Learn Sandbox has been removed on my MS Learn.

I tried to appeal it but haven't had any response.Screenshot 2024-04-10 133527.png

How do I get it back?

    It can take some time for these types of requests to go through.

    To address the reported issue, kindly follow the troubleshooting steps as outlined below:

    Step 1: Sign-out from all the tabs in the current browser and clear the cache files and try login again with your learn id credentials.

    Step 2: Sign-out from current browser login and try to login from an incognito window/in-private window.

    Step 3: Switch to a different browser and try login again.

    Step 4: Login with a new personal email account into the learn path in a completely new browser and check.

    Step 5: If attempting to create a resource in a subscription lacking necessary permissions, we recommend signing up for an Azure free account through the provided link https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/free and creating a sandbox environment.
