Azure Data Factory: Error Testing Connection for Linked Service to Dynamics 365

I am trying to add a Linked Service in Azure Data Factory to my Dynamics 365 site and when I test the connection, I keep getting this error:

Input Payload is invalid, validation result - '["Connector or activity name: FOTest, connector or activity type: Dynamics, error: The domain of this endpoint is not in allow list.

I am using a service principal/key of an app registration that I created specifically for creating this linked service to my F&O and CE environments. I have added application users tied to this Azure app in both F&O and CE and given it plenty of permissions. I cannot find an "Allow list" anywhere though to help me with this error. I see some policies that talk about adding domain names to allow lists, but I don't have any of those policies assigned, so it shouldn't be hindering it.

Any insight would be appreciated!

Check Allow List: Review the configuration of the endpoint to ensure that the domain from which the request is originating is included in the allow list. If it's not included, you'll need to add it to the allow list.

Network Configuration: Verify that there are no network issues preventing the request from reaching the endpoint. Firewalls, proxies, or other network configurations could be blocking the request.

Yes, I saw that issue and thread discussion. I can't figure out where this "Allow List" is located so I can check it........ Can you direct me towards it?

Hello Kristy Wilhelm,

As the issue seems to be with the firewall setting, please try with a public network and see if the connection is successful.

if the connection is successful then you need to whitelist the IPs
