How to 'save as' email attachments, so I can file them logically?

Emails come in with attachments. Files, images etc. How can I access the 'save as' option in order to save them somewhere useful in my filing system so I can actually find them again when I need them?

    Hi @Jacquie Green

From your description, it seems that you want to save the attachment to your desired location via save as option.

Unfortunately, the “Save As” option is no longer available in the new Outlook desktop app for Windows. However, you can switch back to the Classic Outlook version by turning off the New Outlook feature.

Many features of our current products are designed and upgraded based on customers’ feedback. With requirements like this increase, the problem may well be released in the future.
