This message typically means that certain settings on your device are being controlled by a system administrator/domain, group policy, or some management software. If you're seeing this on a personal device, it could indicate a malware infection or a misconfiguration. You can perform the following activities:

    1. Run a full antivirus scan on your computer to ensure it's not infected with malware.
    2. Try using local group policy editor with 'gpedit.msc' command using Run
    3. If the issue started recently (as you mentioned) and you're unable to resolve it, you can try using System Restore to revert your system to a previous state where the problem didn't exist.

    Hello,

Acccording to your discription, this is related to windows update.

The notification"some settings are managed by your orgenization" may indicate your update is managed by your organization, this usually happens when your machine jions the domian or Intune or update is managed by SCCM/WSUS, etc.

    1. Open Windows 10 Settings /Accounts , click Access work or school in the list of options on the left, check if you jioned the domain/ enrolled intune and have related account.
    2. Check settings/ Windows Update panel on the machine. If you have WSUS configured properly, there will be a message that says something like "Updates are managed by your Systems Administrator".

Check below registry key to see if there is WSUS related key configured:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate

    Best regards,

    Molly
