Do you mean that you want to delete suggested recipients in the To, Cc, and Bcc fields?

If so, we cannot delete them in Outlook.

Hi ChristyZhang-MSFT,

Yes I wanted to delete/remove them from Outlook clients and web app as well.

Also I was looking for setting or configurations from EXO or Intune side to filter out on user account status whether they are active in in tenant with license or not so its active then keep it and if not then disable and remove it from that suggested list.

Seems its not available and I believe it would become feature request for EXO or Intune for future.
