Storage accounts diagnostic settings differs between two regions

Question

I've created two storage accounts:

• one in West Europe, named sa0westeurope
• one in Qatar Central named sa0qatarcentral

I want to create a diagnostic setting, for their respective queue services, a diagnostic setting of audit category.

This is possible in West Europe region:

But there is no audit category for queue service in Qatar Central region:

And, from what I can see, the audit category is basically equivalent with selecting allLogs category? (by this i mean i don't understand why there is no audit category if audit category is anyway equal with allLogs (at least for the moment) )

Is there a documentation which explain the reason why there is no audit category in some regions but there are in others?
