I understand you want to remove 2FA on your lost phone.
If you have a global administrator or Authentication Admin account, you can reset your Entra ID and set up MFA again using Microsoft Authenticator on your phone, as shown in the screenshot.
If you cannot log in to your Microsoft Entra ID, contact your global administrator and request them to reset your 2FA to your account.

If you are the only global admin on the account and are blocked entirely, you can reach out to our support team. You can look into below article to get support numbers depending on your country.
