Unable to delete VNet due to AppServiceLink

Hi there,

I cannot delete a VNet that previously had an App Service with VNet Injection enabled. The subnet is left with a dangling AppServiceLink, which is preventing the VNet from deleting. I have tried the accepted answer here of re-creating the App Service Plan and App Services, re-introducing the VNet injection, then disconnecting, and then again trying to delete, but it does not work in my case. I understand this requires a support ticket to be created to allow the backend team to delete the AppServiceLink as it requires a highly privileged operation, and have seen other examples here where an offer of a one-time support ticket being arranged to complete this. Is it possible for anyone to assist in this case? I can provide the fully qualified resource ID if necessary.

Thanks, Andy.

    @Andy Tomlinson

    Thank you for reaching out.

    Yes, a support request will be required in this case as backend team's intervention will be needed to delete the Vnet

    Please refer to my private message here for the further steps to create the support request.

    Hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!
