Hi,
I'm busy with my certification (AZ204) and need to deploy a function app as part of it however every time I deploy I get the same error, as below.
My Azure subscription is part of the VS benefits that I receive from my company, and I am in their AD.

I am marking this thread as duplicate of the other thread, and I would suggest you follow the latest discussion and suggested workaround in the other thread.
