    Hi @Rajesh Kadam

    Welcome to our forum!

What type of email account are you working in Outlook?

What is your Outlook version? New Outlook?

Currently, you do not support copying and pasting attachments into emails in New Outlook.

If you can't add a file as an attachment in Outlook classic version, try the following possible solutions:

    • Check Compatibility: Ensure that your Office applications are up-to-date with the latest versions.
    • Use Outlook in safe mode and then try sending Excel file as an attachment and verify the result.
    • Save Data Source in a Different Location: Sometimes, changing the location of the Excel file can help. Save it on your desktop or another folder and then try linking it again.
    • If issue still occurs, create a new profile and add the email account and then try sending the Excel file.
