I see resources not created by me. Cannot delete them

In my azure portal I see several resources not created by me. A resource group containing a public IP, a network security group and a load balancer

When I try to delete them, I get the message:

{"code":"InvalidAuthenticationTokenTenant","message":"The access token is from the wrong issuer ...

What I also see: I cannot delete a virtual network created by me, because there are several devices connected. None of these devices is owned by me, nor did I connect them.

When I try to remove these devices, I get the same error message as above.

No changes - like switching tenant or similar - have been done to my subscription.
