Please help us in isolating the issue by providing the following information:
- Does it happen to both outlook client and outlook on the web?
- Do all incoming emails go to the junk folder or emails from specific recipients?
- What is your account type? Exchange online or Exchange on-premises?
- What do you mean by being unable to retrieve?
