Learning sandbox appeal not resolved after two weeks

Hello, when accessing the exercise: "Exercise - Explore the Learn sandbox" the sandbox was inaccessible and a message at the top of the lesson stated:

"Your account or connection was flagged for unusual activity. Because of this we've suspended your access to the [lab environment]. If you think we've made an error, you can submit an appeal to regain access."

despite not having used the sandbox before. It gave me the option to appeal which i selected. The message then changed to:

"Your appeal has been received. Appeals are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis, and may take several days to process. If your appeal is approved, you will regain access to sandboxes and other interactive learning resources. For more information, please check the troubleshooting guidance page."

It has been more than two weeks and this message is still displayed and the sandbox inaccessible.
