Azure App service diagnose and Solve tool

Hello,

We are using Azure app service diagnose and solve tool to get the performance report. I want to add these charts (WebApp Shutdown, Application Crashes, High CPU Analysis ) to Grafana dashboard and also I want to send monthly email reports. How can I perform this activity? These charts are auto generated and I am unable to share this data. Is there any way to recreate these charts in Azure Monitor?
