Can I use a simple AI tool to search all of my files and emails previously created solutions?

I run a two person company. We are a consultant that provides business strategy guidance and technical guidance for compliance testing and certification of products. We have alot of files, presentations, and emails that we have crafted which would be useful in answering future questions.

Is there an easy solution to use AI to search all of my files and emails for technical answers and solutions that I have developed in the past, and make them more accessible for when I am answering new questions or creating new content.
