Still no resolution from Microsoft for this ! I think it has been 3 months now, since I started trying to get a Microsoft Store account. Microsoft just deny that there is a problem, and refuse to help.

    thanks for posting on QandAa platform

    The issue could be with your account or service itself. Is your account is personal be sure that there are no any issues with signing online via www.account.live.com If your account is work (with private domain) that IT admin should assist with the checking the account and accessing the service. In theory 'something went wrong' error is common for old accounts and accounts with different domain. As workaround you can try to create outlook alias and try to sign with this name (usually this issue was only with signing to outlook.com).
