I'm trying to help a customer plan a platform upgrade, is there any kind of ETA as to when the migration API will be available again?

Thanks for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

I'd check the Azure Service Health dashboard for any ongoing issues or outages that may be affecting the Migration API process or the underlying infrastructure.

Since I asked this question, the platform migration page in the Azure portal has been re-activated with the following message:

Self-serve migration for services that are not added to a virtual network is temporarily disabled. This is done to allow time to fix a newly detected issue that could cause downtime. we are currently expecting the functionality to be restored by May 15th. We apologize for the inconvenience.

@John Strand Thanks for reaching out. All Non VNet Stv1 to Stv2 migrations are currently disabled. This is due to a bug in APIM Resource Provider. The fix is currently set to rollout on 05/17/2024. We do understand we have a rush to migrate within deadline and we apologies for the inconvenience caused. You can explore alternatives at https://aka.ms/apim-migrate-stv2

do let me know incase of further queries, I would be happy to assist you.
