Inquiry on Scope of Application for Modified Abuse Monitoring in Azure OpenAI

Hello,

I am in the process of completing the Limited Access Review form for Modified Abuse Monitoring for Azure OpenAI. The form requires the first Azure Subscription ID and specifies that the subscription must belong to my organization. I understand that a valid Subscription ID is essential, and failure to provide one will result in the denial of the application.

Before I proceed, I would like clarification on how the modified abuse monitoring settings will be applied once approved:

Scope of Application: Does entering the Azure Subscription ID apply the modified abuse monitoring settings to all Azure OpenAI resources within that subscription, or is it possible to apply these settings to specific resources only?

Resource-Specific Settings: If it is possible to apply settings to specific resources, could you please guide me on how to specify which resources should have the modified settings?
