Cannot change default font for new mail messages - Outlook 2021 LTSC

Question

Dear All,

Since a couple of weeks, suddenly my default font cannot be kept saved.

Each time I change it from Signatures Stationery --> New mail messages --> Font, the default one +Body is selected.

I try to change de value in the registry, repair Office, updtate Office with no avail.

Any one has an idea?
