How to fix "Bing resources are suspended for the subscription"

Bing resources are suspended for the subscription

Until recently, I was able to use the Bing Resource Free Tier.

 

I notied that I was initally getting an API 401 error from Bing Resource.

I tried using the portal “try me” then I get error of “ListKeys" permission on this Bing resource is required”

Bing Statistics is not available on Free tier so, I tired to use S2 but it failed to enable the Bign Statistics.

 

I didn’t really want to but I decided to delete the existing resource of bing and try to recreate it.

I’m not able to create bing resource with Free tier or S2.

 

Can you please help me?
