Is there any permament solution for this, i have already tried Services solution mentioned in- https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/mem/intune/device-management/cannot-sync-windows-10-devicesUser's image

    I have your answer, but that blog post, which is a draft now and mentions the fix, is not one I am "allowed" to post yet (The 0x80072F9A We Start From).

    The error you got belongs to this error message: ERROR_WINHTTP_CLIENT_CERT_NO_ACCESS_PRIVATE_KEY

    Which is indeed a weird one ....

    @Ravi Sharma, Thanks for posting in Q&A. This error 0x80072f9a means that this device has some problem with the client certificate which it uses to communicate with Intune services.

    After researching, I find a suggestion in this link may help.
