- Did the problem occur when the user added an account or did it happen suddenly?
- What type of account did the user set up in Outlook? please check the mail settings via this article: https://www.bluehost.com/help/article/email-application-setup-outlook
In order to fix the issue of Outlook synchronizing subscribed folders, here are some troubleshooting you can refer to:
- Try completely deleting your currently profile and then try reconfiguring your account, go to Control Panel > Mail > Show Profiles > Add
- Re-install Outlook, go to Control Panel > Programs and Features, find “Microsoft Office 365” (or any office application that applies) and select it, click on Uninstall.
