Alphanumeric Sender ID service is not available

Dear Support, I am writing regarding the inability to use the alphanumeric sender ID service (dynamic). I get this kind of error: "The alphanumeric sender ID service is currently only available for certain countries and subscription types. Please refer to this document to select the country/region where you wish to enable alphanumeric sender ID. Please refer to the country page for availability, restrictions and other related information." This happens despite the fact that the subscription is assigned to Denmark, which operates this service (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-gb/azure/communication-services/concepts/numbers/phone-number-management-for-denmark). I attach screenshots of the above mentioned error.

Hi @Jakub Prokopski Even though Denmark supports dynamic alphanumeric sender IDs, your subscription type might not be included in the list of eligible plans. Please make sure you have on of these subscription types: Modern Customer Agreement (Field and Customer Led), Modern Partner Agreement (CSP), Enterprise Agreement, Pay-As-You-Go

Also, alphanumeric sender ID is only available for sending SMS not making or receiving calls.
