Win 11 Remote desktop fail to log in

I have two Win 11 pro, one is desktop, the other is Laptop, both are log in with my MS account, and on the desktop account I can set up RDP easily with port 3389, but my Laptop will keeps saying login fail with the same username and password, I have set up port 3390on the laptop
