How to renew my AZ-104: Microsoft Azure Administrator

Hi All,

I have take my AZ-104: Microsoft Azure Administrator certification on Nov 2022 and the certificate got expired Nov 2023. The time has passed to renew it.

• Is there any way to renew it or do I need to retake the exam again?
• When I try to reschedule the exam, I'm getting an error " There was an issue scheduling your exam. Please try again later, or if the problem persists, contact support". How can fix this ?Screenshot of error attached for reference. Please advice

I cannot find any support number nor any contact number for support on the google.

Can I renew my certification by passing a beta exam or by retaking an exam before my certification expires?

No. You must pass the renewal assessment for your certification on Microsoft Learn before your certification expires; no alternative paths are available to renew your certification. There are no exceptions to this policy.
