Hi Team,

I've having issues when rescheduling, for some odd reason it states that I have two accounts active. Could you kindly help merging the two accounts please.

If you have 2 different Learn profiles and have MS certifications linked to each of them, you must contact Microsoft certification support team (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/support/help) to merge your certification accounts before connecting one to your Learn profile. The details on linking other accounts to your Learn profile and connecting and managing your Learn profile are available in this article - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/support/learn-profile-manage

Do you want to merge your Microsoft Learn profiles? If so, according to my research, you can refer to these steps:

Visit Microsoft Learn.

Sign in using the personal Microsoft account (MSA) associated with the Learn profile that you wish to keep.

Click on your user icon, located at the upper-right corner of the screen, and select “Settings.”

Under the “Account management” section, select the option “Add account.”

Sign in with the account connected to the Learn profile you wish to merge.

If the account is already linked to another Microsoft Learn profile, you’ll be prompted to merge the two accounts together. Please note that you can have up to five school or work accounts and one personal account linked to your profile.
