Limitting Outlook Access to Corporate Domains Only

Dear Experts;

We are using Microsoft 365 and Microsoft 365 E3 licenses in our company. We want to limit our users' Outlook access to only their corporate email accounts of our corporate domains. They mustn't be able to add any other accounts, whether personal or work, they must only be able to add their mail accounts of our corporate domains. Is it possible ? How ?

    According to your description, this is not supported in Outlook at the moment. Please kindly understand that many functions are not designed at present. To get this feature more quickly, I have found a post in feedback collection website, and you could vote for it.

    Many features of our current products are designed and upgraded based on customers’ feedback. You can also make suggestions on that website and hope Microsoft will notice this in the future. Thank you for your understanding and support.
