Hi there,
I successfully deployed Company portal app to macOS device. However, when I navigate to apps, it says no apps are assigned to this device.
How can I assign apps to users using Company Portal?
Any help will be much appreciated.

@Anam Ahmed, Thanks for posting in Q&A. For the app types you deploy, it doesn't have amiable assignment which can be installed in company portal when you assign the app to user group. it only has required assignment which will be installed automatically and will not show in company portal.

Currently, the app type support for MacOS is limited. Only some have the available assignment.
--Microsoft 365 apps for macOS (Yes)
--Microsoft Edge, version 77 and later for macOS (Yes)
--macOS web clip (Yes)
--macOS LOB apps (Yes)
--macOS apps (DMG)
--macOS apps (PKG)
--Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (macOS) (Yes)

Thank you for always being so helpful. This is my second interaction with you and I am super grateful to you.
I got it working after reading the articles you shared, which say," Available for enrolled devices: Assign the app to groups of users who can install the app from the Company Portal app or website."
I was assigning the apps via Available for Enrolled Devices using a device group, but I rectified the assignment using a user group, and it shows up for some apps. Most apps only have Required and Uninstall options, but I can now see some apps available via the Company Portal using the above method.

You have to make the app available in assignments under apps in intune.microsoft.com.

Thanks for the prompt response. I do not see the option to assign apps to enrolled devices under Company Portal assignment. This is what I have:
I added the group for macOS devices.
Am I missing anything?

Apologies for the typo in the initial message. I just deployed Company Portal app via Intune on a test Mac using the information here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/apps/macos-unmanaged-pkg
I am not sure how to assign apps using Company Portal.
I have just been using this article to deploy apps: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/apps/lob-apps-macos-dmg. I can use this option to deploy compulsory apps successfully. I would like any optional apps to be available to users using Company Portal.
Let me know if can provide any guidance.
