Hello,

I created my account two days ago, and I'm trying to create an app service (linux web app in net 8) in the "West Europe" Region. I also tried North Europe or another region but I always got this error :

Issue: Error " The subscription '<id>' is not allowed to create or update the serverfarm."

I'm trying since yesterday but I'm still stuck.

Microsoft.Web is registered in my resource providers.

I also noticed that with the azure extension on VS Code I also get the error: "Could not resolve resource XXX/XXX/Microsoft.Web/XXX".

It seems that my account is locked... I really don't know what I can do, I can't even raise a support ticket since I don't have a paid support plan.

If you are seeing the issue "The subscription is not allowed to create or update the serverfarm" -If you haven't done retried, please retry creating the app service again (similar thread #1535067 user was able to fix the problem).

If the issue continues to persist, for a detailed investigation, we request you to create a support ticket. Please create a support ticket for an immediate and focused assistance.

Thanks for your answer but I'm still facing the same issue and I can't raise a support ticket, since I don't have a paid support plan.
