In order to help with your issue can you provide more information?
- Which account is getting locked out?
- When they change the password are they able to access on prem resources using the new password?
- Are you using passthrough or password hash sync?
- If using password hash sync when was the last password hash sync?
- After they reset their on prem password are they able to sign in to cloud resources using the old password?
- Is there any errors showing in the sync service operations?
