Azure Communication Service Phone number does not exist

Hello, after connecting voice to Dynamics Customer Service,

I have enabled a phone number in Azure Communication Service, but when I make a call, I hear the phrase "Phone number does not exist".

Do I need to do anything else to activate my phone number?

The area code for Korean phone numbers is +82 30-XXXX-XXXX.

@허진훈 Thanks for asking question! Could you please confirm if you have followed all the steps mentioned in this official doc and updated Phone Number Capabilities?

For updating phone number capabilities- on the Phone Numbers page, you can select a phone number to configure it.

Select the features from the available options, then click Save to apply your selection.
