Hello,
Everyone on our team is experience this same issue:
We all use outlook and have 2 accounts when we open our outlook, 1 is our personal office email and 1 is our team email. In the past, when we reply and send emails from our team outlook email, the sent emails would be correctly saved in our team sent folder. However, after the Microsoft upgrade/integration with Teams, whenever we send emails from our team email, it is now being saved in our own personal email sent folders. This causes an issue for us because now we lose visibility as a team as to which emails were replied to and the details of the emails.
Please help.

Thank you,
Joanna

    Hi @Wu, Joanna PSA:EX ,

Please check the sent items setting by logging into the Microsoft 365 admin center, going to Teams & groups > Shared mailbox, clicking on the shared mailbox, and checking the option Copy items sent as this mailbox and Copy items sent on behalf of this mailbox

In addition, from your description, it is mentioned that the update of Teams integration may cause this problem. To further confirm, does the problem still exist if the add-in is disabled?
