    Hi @Iniobong Nkanga ,

Is this happening to just one person?

There are many reasons why this happens, let's check them out one by one:

    1. Check Access: Ensure that you can access your SharePoint library online.
    2. Update OneDrive: Make sure you have the latest version of OneDrive installed.
    3. Stop and Start Syncing: You can stop syncing a folder and then start it again if necessary. Turn Off Office Upload Feature in OneDrive settings: This feature is no longer used for SharePoint but might be causing confusion or conflicts.
    4. Repair or Reinstall Office Apps:
      • Repair: Use the ‘Get Help’ option in Windows Update to repair Microsoft Office apps.
      • Reinstall: Uninstall Microsoft 365 apps through Control Panel > Programs & Features > Microsoft 365 Apps (right-click) > Change/Remove.
