Problem in loading Certificate in Microsoft Learn Student Ambassadors Profile.

A very Good Morning!

My name is MAH E UROOJ. Hope you are all well. I recently passed a Microsoft Free Code Certification Foundational C-sharp with Microsoft. My MLSA Profile link is:

The problem is in Credential settings of my MLSA-profile certificate is not showing. I'm sharing link of certificate and also image. Please update my profile or recommend some solution.
