Unable to log in after switching to new phone

I recently got a new phone, and after logging into the Authenticator app, I lost access to my accounts on my university, work, and main accounts. Now, when I try to log in, it asks for a code which is sent to the app, but the app doesn't have my accounts listed. I'm having trouble adding them in. Can anyone assist me in resolving this issue?

It doesn’t send a code, I’ve also tried the https://aka.ms/mfasetup and it was absolutely no help.
