I have approved the updates in WSUS server, but client computers are not downloading it.

Recently the user who was managing the WSUS server left the org and disabled his user account, from that time this issue occurred.

I have added myself to WSUS administrator group, and I can approve the updates.

What I observed after the above changes, there was same issue in April month. but now I see only April updates are downloading not the may updates.

Are you having issues with updates downloading INTO the WSUS server or just INTO the client systems or both? Is it Windows 10/11 or Server OS's (and which ones) that are having the issue?

    Hello

Did the issue occur with all the clients or the specific clients?

We could try to check for updates from a client and open administrator powershell command line then run "get-windowsupdatelog". There may be something recorded in client windows update log that can help us to track the issue.

If the issue occurred with all the clients, we need to concentrate on the wsus server side.
