I just created an account for azure video indexer.

I'm working to get the api detail and I went to the Video Indexer developer portal at, signing in using the credentials for myVideo Indexer account.

But then I get an error
Couldn't sign in to the Developer Portal

Another user with the email ‘mousket@********’ is already registered to APIM.

Note: If you have two or more users with the same email, and you want to switch between accounts, you can delete your Developer Portal account and register again.

What should I do?

    I signed out of anything Microsoft and signed first on the api poral for the video indexer and it worked
