@Gokulraj Mani, Thanks for posting in Q&A. In Fact, MAM is an option for users who don't enroll their personal devices, but still need access to organization email, Teams meetings, and more. If your Android or iOS devices needs to apply app protection policy or app configuration policy for unenrolled device, you just need to install company portal without sign in it.

For windows, in automatic enrollment, there's WIP user scope which was named MAM user scope is used to enroll into MAM. Mainly used for WIP without enrollment.
But as now, Windows Information Protection (WIP). is deprecated. It is only used for Microsoft Purview Information Protection policies applying.
