Hello.

I have added 'Google Play Store' as an Enterprise system app in Intune (See 1st picture). I have after that added the app to the kiosk configuration (Se 2nd picture). The app is showing on the Managed Home Screen, 2nd page (Se 3rd picture). I have used the Package Name Viewer app, to get the correct package ID of the apps.

The problem is, I cant open DataWedge, DWDemo, StageNow or Play Store. The 'funny' thing is, I can open Settings, which is also a Enterprise system app, I have added to the kiosk, same way as Google Play Store.

I have tried to factory reset the device, change the overlay permissions of some of the apps,

@Benjamin Kokholm Broen, Thanks for posting in Q&A. For the apps DataWedge, DWDemo, StageNow or Play Store which we deployed in kiosk mode. I suggest set leave kiosk mode PIN and leave the kiosk mode on the device and try to open these apps on the Android devices to see if they can open to clarify if the issue is on these apps.

For our issue, please also check if the issue occurs on other Android devices with different manufacture. Or if it only happens on one device.

If there's any update, feel free to let us know.
