Does it require to change UPN also while Change the Mail address of guest user

How to edit the guest user's mail address , so that the user can continue to access all the resources and permission same as the old mail address .

Do i need to update UPN also while changing the mail address of guest user in Entra portal

No - you don't.

You might want to, however - otherwise the user might be confused about the difference between the email address and the name being used to sign in...
