    Hi @Mugesh Rangaraju ,

According to my research, the map-based location suggestions in Office 365 Outlook are part of the connected experiences. These experiences are services that help augment your productivity, and they require a connection to the internet and, in some cases, access to your data to provide their benefits.

When you turn off connected experiences, certain Office 365 features such as location suggestions in Outlook may not work as they rely on cloud-based services. If you want to disable the location suggestions feature, you will need to keep the connected experiences turned off.

Go to File > Account > Manage Settings > Office Account, scroll down to Connected Experiences.

I wish to report that even with this (or all of them) privacy setting turned off, Windows 11 still reports that Outlook asks for Location based information.
