There are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:
- Make sure you're logged in correctly on Microsoft Learn with the right account details.
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies and log out from all active Azure accounts in the browser. Then, try turning on the Sandbox.
- If clearing the cache doesn't work, try accessing Microsoft Learn from a different web browser or device.
- Attempt to activate the Sandbox after signing in with your registered Microsoft Learn email.
- Once the sandbox environment is activated, you can log in to the Azure portal and check your subscription. You should see a "Concierge Subscription" under subscriptions. If you already have a directory, switch to the MS Learn directory and set MS Learn as the default.
