Which Pricing Tier is Required to Utilize the Self-Hosted Gateway? Is v2 Enough?

I have provisioned a Standard v2 API Management service. The Pricing Tiers overview states that the Self-Hosted Gateway is supported at an additional cost. However, I am unable to locate the functionality. Am I missing something, or is there an error on the pricing page?

    Hi,

    The chart in the portal is incorrect. Both the documentation and API Management Pricing page say that Self-hosted gateway is only supported with Developer or Premium tiers.
