Experiencing authentication issues

The portal is having issues getting an authentication token. The experience rendered may be degraded.

Additional information from the call to get a token:

Extension: Microsoft_Azure_Support

Resource: self

The service affected includes Directories + Subscription (it's hidden, cannot see that) in Porta Setting.

Concern: cannot un-subscribe for that hidden subscription

    Hi @Indrawan Suparan

Thank you for posting this in Microsoft Q&A.

I understand you are experiencing authentication issues and cannot access your directory or services portal.

It seems issue causing related to Directories + Subscription. Can you please try to login azure portal by going to https://portal.azure.com/

If you are able to login, could you please check any Directories + Subscription filters active in your tenant. If your tenant applies a subscription filter, you'll only see subscriptions that match that filter, across all portal experiences. You won't be able to work with other subscriptions that are excluded from the selected filter. When you trying to login excluded subscription you might see this type of error "The service affected includes Directories + Subscription (it's hidden, cannot see that) in Porta Setting".

    Reference: Directories + subscriptions

Hope this helps. Do let us know if you any further queries.

    Thanks,

    Navya.
