How can I use Azure OpenAI as a learner?

Completed AI900, Started AI102, Very sad to see I cannot use Azure OpenAI.

I do not own a subscription, the only subscription I have is a trial one. How will I learn 5 hours of AI 102 without doing any practical stuff and how will that be worth it? This seems like a big roadblock not only for me but for all the learners out there. I would request for help and check if they could make an exception for serious learners.

Azure for Students: Apply for the Azure for Students subscription for $100 credit and free services. Note that you are limited to 1000 tokens per minute on this subscription.
Request Access: Fill out the Azure OpenAI access request form, to utilize it further.

I have access to azure free service. However for using azure openAI it asks you a valid subscription and business name, business address. I do not own any business. I am not sure if I should just fill it. That would be wrong information.

As far as I know, these are two methods to access OpenAI's services. However, legally speaking, Azure OpenAI requires registration and is currently limited to approved enterprise customers and partners, as stated in the official documentation.

Unfortunately, individuals cannot register for access to Azure OpenAI services.

As far as I know, there aren’t any alternatives beyond the steps I've metioned.

If your access request to Azure OpenAI service doesn't match the acceptance criteria, you can use the OpenAI public API as an alternative.
