Provisioning enterprise cloud PCs takes too much time?

I am facing an issue during the re-provisioning of the enterprise cloud PC. I do not know why it is still in the provisioning state. I have been monitoring it for more than 12 to 15 hours, but it is still provisioning. Can you please help me understand how to resolve this and what the reason might be? I need urgent assistance with this.

    For this issue that it stayed in provisioning and there is no error message, what we can do in the portal is limited. Given this situation, it is suggested to create an online support ticket to do some check from backend. Here is the support link:
