I want to add a custom email domain on Azure communication service. At this point, I have configured "domain status", "spf status", "dkım status" all, but even though I created a cname record with the hosting provider for "dkım2 status", there is still no configure for "dkım2". I've been waiting for about a day, thinking maybe the registration wasn't settled, but still no progress. Can you support?

As I understand, you are referring to the doc steps outlined in this doc : Quickstart: How to add custom verified email domains? -- Depending on whether the domain you're registering is a root domain or a subdomain, you need to add the records to the respective zone or make changes to the automatically generated records.
Kindly checkout these similar discussion (subdomains) threads (typo).
To isolate the issue, please try the steps outlined in this doc: Troubleshooting Domain Configuration issues

Hi Ajkuma , I was able to verify the "Configure" error for DKIM, but I cannot verify it for DKIM2.
