How to invite a team member

How do I invite team members to use my subscription.
Does the email has to have the same domain as mine or can it be a 3rd party company email

I understand that you would like to invite a team member to your azure subscription.

To answer your question, you can invite users with emails from any domain, including third-party company emails, as guest users to your Entra ID.
